We will always be able to cover your requirements. We also have associates who are fully qualified to step in and support your business should the need arise.
By direct debit, one month in advance. Payment will be collected on the 25th of every month.
You can start on just one hour a month on an ad hoc basis if you like and grow your hours as you go along, or you can buy a package which ensures your work is guaranteed to be completed within 48 hours.
We prefer emails whenever possible. Phone calls can end up being expensive for your business.

No, our prices have been carefully worked out, and we believe they are fair for the services you will receive.
We welcome the opportunity to address any issues or concerns. But if having a VA is not working for you, then there is no notice period. You have paid in advance, so we can either finish the month's work or end our services at the time of cancellation (no refund available in this case).
